In late 2007 the Planning Commission began the task of rewriting and unifying the town’s zoning and subdivision regulations. The goal is to update the regulations, which have not been substantially revised since 1996, and to implement the Town Plan adopted earlier in the year. With a Planning Grant from the Vermont Department of Housing and Community Affairs the board engaged Brandy Saxton, AICP of PlaceSense to guide us through this significant process.
